Job Overview:
As a Senior Cloud Architect at QNetwork, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud architecture strategy. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and advise on cloud strategies.
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
- Provide leadership and guidance in cloud technologies, including solution architecture, migration, and deployment.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met within cloud architectures.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members and colleagues on cloud computing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a cloud architect role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud.
- Proven experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Certification in Cloud Architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Architect, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and database architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
